Facilitation of agreed OD processes, e.g. to:
Organisational integrity: helping the organisation maintain integrity as it applies the vision and strategy into enactment (behavioural integrity)
(Co)observation and investigation of what is held up to the constitution, vision and strategy as set forth by the leadership circle of LEO.
Facilitate the co-definition of a healthy feedback culture
Bring more entrepreneurial spirit and financial awareness into work
Exploring what is ‘commitment in freedom’ and intrinsic motivation.
Contributions to conflict management, including both ‘responsive’ (to emerging situations) and ‘preventative’ in terms of exploring challenging topics - e.g. defining and applying the concepts and practices of regenerative operations, and developing appropriate plans for their operationalisation.
Summary of all work into reports for use by the organisation.
